As we here in the Long Island area continue to get pummeled by harsh weather (see the video above from last week), Mazda is taking action to help those affected by Hurricane Sandy get their lives back to normal.

When Hurricane Sandy made landfall, Long Island and parts of New York City were severely flooded. Mazda is hoping to help people recover.
Right now, Mazda North America Operations (MNAO) is offering residents of hard-hit disaster areas $500 toward the purchase of a new Long Island Mazda car or SUV. Those who qualify may also have the opportunity to delay making their first payment for up to 90 days if they take advantage of special Mazda financing options. If you currently have a loan or lease through Mazda Capital, Mazda is also waiving any fees incurred by Hurricane Sandy victims for late payments.
In addition to offering discounts and extending payment deadlines, Mazda has donated $100,000 to the American Red Cross for disaster relief. The nonprofit Mazda Foundation also awarded $5,000 grants to the Food Bank Network of Somerset County and the Flemington Area Food Pantry.
The team at our Long Island Mazda dealership is proud of everything Mazda is doing to help the people of our local communities during this time of need. Many towns and neighborhoods were devastated by Hurricane Sandy and are still working to get back on their feet. If you need anything, please call us at 631-666-6100. We will make every effort to help with whatever we can.
